STC is a consulting firm with offices in Europe (Paris) and Asia (Shanghai). Whilst our clients call upon us to support them on a wide range of topics, we have developed very strong practices in the domains of Purchasing, Logistics and Sales & Marketing with over ten years presence in China.

In Purchasing we deal with Strategic Issues including the complete re-design of Purchase Organisations from the development of objectives, design of strategies, introduction of processes and their role out through to the resource plans. At a more operational level clients come to us to develop new supply bases, often in Asia. STC can take in charge the whole process from the establishment of objectives through the steps of supplier evaluation and selection, RFQ management, product validation, launch in mass production and after support.

In the domain of Logistics we are drastically reducing logistics costs. We leverage a number of tools and techniques. We are also innovating in this domain, creating new solutions that permit cost reductions but also improve delivery performance. Further to our operational work, STC is also redesigning Logistics Strategies. Our approach enables us to both resolve issues within the current organisation as well as look forward in time to ensure that the solutions envisaged now can evolve and satisfy the future.

In Sales & Marketing, STC is specialised in the creation of worldwide sales organisations. Our clients, faced with global customers, with both global and local demands, come to STC to help them design “Key Account Management” strategies and organisations. These organisations enable our clients to out-perform their competitors but at the same time defending their own interests.

In 2013, with two other partner companies, STC created STRAEGIS. STRAEGIS is a consulting firm specialised in Merger & Acquisitions. We are mainly focused on seeking buyers from wider Asia for Western companies. We can operate on either the buy side, working on behalf of investors seeking a particular company profile; geographic footprint, customer base, technology etc, or we operate on the sell side, mandated to find buyers.
